How do I book?

Send us your dates by form, WhatsApp or email. We'll confirm availability within two hours during the day in Bali. A 30% deposit holds the dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (Indonesian rupiah, US dollar, euro or AUD) and Wise. Card payments add a 2.9% processing fee.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refundable 14–30 days out. Non-refundable inside 14 days. Travel insurance is recommended.

Why book direct instead of through a listing site?

Direct guests save 12–18% on the same dates. You get the same villa, the same staff, but no platform fee. We also send our direct guests a small welcome upgrade.

Is the rate per villa or per person?

Per villa, per night. Up to six guests are included in every rate. Extra guests above six are not permitted, we keep the property to the capacity it was designed for.

What's included in the rate?

Whole villa, up to six guests, breakfast cooked to order, daily housekeeping, airport pickup, Wi-Fi 600 Mbps and 24/7 on-property staff. Premium and All-Inclusive packages add chef, driver, spa and more.

Can the chef accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher (with notice), no nut, no shellfish. Tell us at booking and we'll plan menus before you arrive.

Is there a minimum stay?

Three nights year-round. Five nights in high season (1 July–31 August, 20 December–10 January).

Is laundry service included?

Yes, one same-day load per stay is included on Premium and All-Inclusive. Additional loads are 80,000 IDR each, returned within 24 hours.

Can you serve breakfast in bed?

Of course. Tell Pak Komang the night before what you'd like and the time you want it. There's no extra charge.

Can we add extra beds?

We have one rollaway and one cot. Each adds 200,000 IDR per stay (not per night). Capacity is still capped at six adult-equivalent guests.

How far is the airport?

Forty-five minutes by car (45 km). We arrange the pickup as part of every stay, included in all packages.

Do I need a car or scooter?

Not at all. Our driver covers most of what you'll want to do. Scooter rental can be arranged if you prefer your own wheels.

How do I get to Ubud from the villa?

Ninety minutes by our driver, flat rate 850,000 IDR round-trip, including up to four waiting hours. Cheaper alternative: book Grab Car (~600,000 IDR each way).

Are kids welcome?

Yes, children of all ages. We have a portable cot, high chair, pool noodles and a few toys. Let us know ages so we can prepare.

Can I host an event at the villa?

Quiet small gatherings are fine (≤12 people, no amplified music after 10pm). Larger events on request.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are usually possible, ask and we'll do our best with the cleaning schedule.

Is the tap water safe to drink?

We have a triple-filter system at the main tap and refill glass bottles in each suite daily. Safe to drink straight from the tap. Plastic-bottle-free villa.

Do you have mosquito protection?

Every suite has fitted screens, a ceiling fan, and a plug-in repellent included. We can add a mosquito net over your bed on request, no charge.

Is there air conditioning in every room?

Yes, silent inverter A/C in all three suites and the living/dining areas, set to whatever you prefer. The pool deck and yoga pavilion are open-air with overhead fans.

Can you arrange a private dinner on the deck?

Yes, a tasting menu by Pak Komang on the sunset deck, flowers on the table, music if you'd like. From 1,200,000 IDR for two, including all food and a bottle of wine.

Do you offer honeymoon or anniversary packages?

Absolutely. Tell us the occasion at booking and we'll arrange a welcome bottle, in-villa spa session, and a private dinner one evening. Most packages run 2,500,000–4,500,000 IDR depending on length of stay.
